Post-Prom.

Yes, I've been to two proms in one week, and YES, the stiletto-dancing IS killing me! The prom was held at school, unlike the one I attended on Tuesday, which was held at a club. But this one was way cooler, with Leipzig Affair playing and most importantly, it was my own school, so I knew most of the people : )
We danced and danced and then danced some more, and I could hardly sleep last night because the poorly created trance/dance/Lady GaGa songs just couldn't keep out of my head. Once again, I fell asleep with my head filled with dunka-dunka-dunka-dunka-dunk-dunk, and that can easily ruin a good night's sleep. They didn't play Supermassive Black Hole though *sulk.* Oh well!

I missed Emma at the prom! She's WAY too anti-dancing than what's healthy! It'd be so much fun if she'd be there, but we'll never know about that, will we? ; P
As I said earlier, pictures will come later :] (If Mari took some decent ones as she played wannabe paparazzi)
Song of the day: Alla som inte dansar är våldtäktsmän - maskinen. Just because it was so awesome when they played it last night.
In the end I'd like to add a picture I have on my computer, which I found a bit ... cute : )

Tonight I'm going to the movie to see them(above) again. n_____n
I can't seem to stop, I feel so... teeny *cringe* There's something about the books and the movie that just.. hits me, and I can't help but to adore everything Stephenie Meyer comes up with :')

C'ya!

Picture Perfect II

"Life is something that everyone should try out at least once." - Henry J. Tillman

"Without friends no one would choose to live, though he had all other goods." - Aristotle.

Ehe, well, no quote can ever explain this one. I screwed up when I made my hamburger, okay? It's more like.., minced meat. It tasted good though.

"Every day brings a chance for you to draw in a breath, kick off your shoes, and dance." - Oprah Winfrey.

"Realize that true happiness lies within you. Waste no time and effort searching for peace and contentment and joy in the world outside. Remember that there is no happiness in having or in getting, but only in giving. Reach out. Share. Smile. Hug. Happiness is a perfume you cannot pour on others without getting a few drops on yourself." - Og Mandino

"I wanna hang a map of the world in my house. Then I'm gonna put pins into all the locations that I've traveled to. But first, I'm gonna have to travel to the top two corners of the map so it won't fall down. " - Mitch Hedberg

A friend of mine once told me, a blog needs photos, so that's why I'll give you photos, just for the fun of it! And since I miss summer like the bitter hag I am, I'll post some pictures from one of my best summers so far. The summer of 2008! (With a splosh of poetry)

Party, party!

Thumbs up for a fun party on a Tuesday :D

That's not everyday, well, not in my life at least ; )
So, another school in town has their prom, and I'm ttly crashing it EHEHE, no, I'll buy myself a ticket probably. But I'll deceive myself into thinking I crashed it, because that sounds much cooler.
I'm gonna wear a 21 year old skirt which my mum wore when she was *counts fingers*...twentyyyyy.... umm *tries to add the last numbers in her head*.... Bleh, never mind, it's old, okay? My head can't do maths right now.. *cries* Actually, it never has been able to.
Don't worry, I will post several smashing photos from the big event! Am I only deceiving myself or do you feel a little ... dazzled by my EXTRAORDINARY plans? hehe, thoughts so >:]

I'm gonna hit the shower now, so I'll see you later, haha, I'm gonna be SO tired tomorrow *sigh.* But I don't think I'm gonna tell the people at MY school about tonight, because they sure as hell are gonna be as LOUD and MESSY and flash as many annoying lights at me as possible if I tell them. I think. At least you, you Roberto Bolle obsessed lunatic!! >:[ *points finger at blog-reading blonde girl*

Paranoid Sicko

'Dear Blog.' (lol)

Today I've been sick again, yup, it still sucks. I got some get-well messages though, that was cool. Thank you (you know who you are guys)

It's when I'm sick that I realize how desperately addicted I am to having people around me, at all times. When I'm sick, I feel completely isolated and abandoned , thinking about all the fun stuff people at school are doing. It's like they're purposely saving the best stuff for when I'm sick. I guess it's just me being paranoid...., or is it..? *creepy eyes*

Well, I think I'm going to school tomorrow, because I can't stay in this boring-ass quarantine any longer, sheeshhh, I'm going insane! *tries to loosen imaginary shackles*

Bleh, my foot fell asleep now, it's so weird and uncomfortable! Oh wait, scratch that, BOTH of my feet fell asleep. Simultaneously. Miip.

I don't really have anything useful to write about today, so I'll just write again when inspiration strikes me I guess. My sister keeps bugging me about writing something about fashion, saying it's absolutely nec-uhh-ssary to write about fashion in a blog. So I guess I just have to obey then *sheepish grin.* I promise you guys, it WILL be colorful, since I'm a color addict. :]

So, hope you'll like it.

Song of the day - River Flows In You.
Yes, I know, it's a simple piano song, but if you just... sit down and listen to it: do it thoroughly, close your eyes and l-i-s-t-e-n, then I promise you, you must like it!
The way it is built, the story behind it (at least the story that pops up into my head when I hear it, ahh, it's so niice!

See ya later ^^,

Btw, you know guys, if you feel like it, you can push the little 'comment' button n__n
Just sayin'

Itchy fingers.

Ha ha, weird headline, yeah yeah. Today, I've spent a whole lot of time on my writing. My fingers itch to go back on the computer to write further on the story I've just begun. I've got about 4,500 words now, nothing major. The great thing is that I've got the entire plot worked out on beforehand this time, I know, it's the way it's supposed to be, but I've been the more 'let's just begin it and see where it ends' type of writer, but this time, the plot came to me while I was listening to a song, I really can't remember which one it was, but I'm positive that it was a song by Paramore. I truly love Paramore. Hayley Williams' voice is so beautiful and powerful, making your spine tingle and your body beg to dance. And the way the instruments and the vocals mix is... truly indescribable. Please, if you haven't had the epiphany I've had yet, search Youtube and hunt down some Paramore songs. I'm positive you'll love them. Okay?

Yeah, so, this is Paramore for you who might not have heard of them, but now you do! Great.

I'll make the song of the day by Paramore, since I've gotten into the entire 'worship Paramore' mood ;]

Song of the day: Fences - by Paramore (Obviously)

And by the way, I've mentioned I'm a blog newbie before right? Well.., I found the incredible button of CHECK SPELLING. yeah, I found it puh-retty convenient. But it keeps telling me that Paramore is not gramatically correct *grr*

well, I'll talk to you later I guess ; )

the missing A has returned.

I found it, I found it! *holds A up for all to see* you see it, between the N and the T? *prr* so pretty. Soo..., now you know.

The beauty of imaginAtion.

So..., haha, funny thing. I found another... tiny error *sigh* I'm such a carrot. The HEADLINE of my blog is called "The Beauty Of Imagintion." You may, or may not have noticed, but I noticed just now, and it's embarrasing x ) Bleeh, I suck. Oh well..., if you hadn't read this post, you might have thought it was just me, being weird, deciding to put a huge error there on purpose. for gags or whatever might've intrigued me to skip the A., bud sadly, it wasn't. Soo..., I began my blogging career with a missing A. So sad. Have you seen my A? *imitates the mother of a missing child* Haha well, glad we sorted that one out! Since I'm a blogging-newbie, I don't knw if this is possible to adjust, so if you're kind, can you help me? If there's any way to sqeeze in the missing A, it'd made my day, and my blog! haha ;)

Toodles from your clumsy Mathilde.

A new day, A new post II

So... My finger touched a stupid-ass button so the post got posted before I was finished. *mumbles darkly*

whatever, so, read the previous post first m'kay? : ]

.......

sprint back upstairs without a second glance behind myself, sure that there's a bunch of zombies following me with hungry eyes. But yesterday.., nothing. It was kick-ass. Might I add that I felt quite fearless? Well.., I don't think I would've peeked under my bed to search for monsters, I'm drawing a line there, because after all, there are monsters underneath my bed. Yes, in plural, and they're waiting for a stupid slip where I let my foot slide out from underneath my duvet and GRAB!!!! *nods solemnly.*

Seen them before you say? "They be creepin' under my bed." ¬¬

Sooo.., I can see now that I've managed to write yet another post about...nothing but randomness. Well.., maybe you found it entertaining? Just a tiiny bit? *measures with fingers* This much? Well., hope you did!

Toodles.

A new day, a new post

So, I woke up today, and despite some minor issues, I'm not sick anymore! I can breathe through my nose and SMELL stuff. It's weird how you don't appreciate things you've got before they're taken away from you. Well, now I'm glad my nose is functioning as it should! *cheers*
Last night, my laptop went out of power, so I had to go downstairs to get the power cord. As I decended the stairs, I had an epiphany, I was no longer scared wbout the dark! Here you're reading about a girl who slept with a night lamp until she was 11 or 12, and now, I was able to walk downstairs, in complete darkness - in the middle of the night, grab my power cord and walk back upstairs. I've been the person to creep hunchbacked through the dark, seeing three-eyed monsters everywhere, grab whatever made me go downstairs and sprint

Stupid, unnecessary errors, avast, be gone!

Okay , I hate it when I see errors the second I've pushed the 'publish post' button, and I have, on both the previous posts. It's annoying like hell, but guys? The errors you may (and will) find in this post is mine! No one can steal my errors! *clutches precious errors to her chest* m'kay, perhaps you can have one tiny one! *hands cattles* There, happy? :]

Blogging is kinda funny when i think about it! I can ramble about everything, it's like my own personal online diary. Hmm.., 'dear blog,' sounds corny. Talking about diaries, I found my old training journal the other day, and my self-esteem went straight south. I'm not kidding, almost every square for each day in the diary was filled with a thorough run-through of the training I'd done for the day(mostly running *sigh*) compared to my 'once a week' nowadays. But that's gonna stop now, I'm gonna get my act together and get healthier :D I'm planning on joining a gym, and that'll be a good thing! I just have to make mum realize that training indoors vs. outdoors is a big difference in Norway... In the middle of the winter. It's bloody freezing!

Goodbye for now!

Sick, sick, sick

Bwaaah, I really, truly hate being sick in weekends. I was supposed to go to a friend of mine tonight together with a whole bunch of people, but no, I had to stay home because I was s-i-c-k. Mum woke me up today, and when I tried to say 'good morning' all that came out was "ghhhhhhhhh." It was so frustrating! Bleh, whatever, I guess I'll just have to endure it.

Today I've been writing and reading simultaneously, and I've gotten a lot done! :] You see, I have this weird, impossible dream of becoming an author. That's why I write, and write, and write. Then I write some more. Some of my friends are awesome and read what I write, I don't get why they bother, I guess it's because I've got the awesomest friends :] Everybody says that they've got the greatest, I knoow! However, I still believe mine are. n__n

Song of the day: Muse - Supermassive Black Hole.

*prrr*

Let the blogging begin!

Oh my, I was eventually taken by the blog-bug. So here I am, a new blog. It's kinda like moving into a new room, what to write, what to furnish it with? What color to paint the walls with? I chose a simple white, for now >:] or..., I think I chose white, I might've screwed up and picked lillac, or maybe fluorecence green? Well, I'll just have to wait and see after posting this blog then?

I don't even know why I write this random rambling in English. I'm Norwegian for Christ's sake! Oh well, it's easier like this i suppose n__n

Take this as a warning for later updates: First: I am random. If I feel like writing about cattles, I WILL write about them, so.., well.., I don't think I'll write about cows, but I might - M'kay?

Second - I am an obsessive person. When I first like something, I stick to it, but the obsession normally passes as time goes. The first thing I remember I got addicted to was Sinbad the sailor. That was in kindergarten, and I got all gooey when I saw him on the TV. Hahaha, yup I know. Weird.
Nowadays it's mostly bands, but I'm not gonna mention them now, because I don't want this to be too long. But the last month or so it's Twilight I'm gooey about. But I'll take that later too, so now I'll say goodbye! ...for now! What do I know? Maybe blogging will be my new obsession? hehe, oh well, g'day mates ;)

In the end I'd like to add a picture of Jackson Rathbone (Playing Jasper Hale in Twilight)
*gooey smile*
