I've been to London for the first time this holiday, and I've experienced quite a lot.
Bear with me and I'll tell you about it in an infantile, cluttered way.
I've taken a sightseeing bus, walked along Hyde Park, taken the underground, seen the Phantom of the opera, bought a lot of clothes, been to all four stories of Top Shop, snuck into a pub, been to speaker's corner, eaten Indian food, seen a pissed guy take a piss at a public place, bought sun glasses and broken them during the same day, been to London tower, learned that Anne Boleyn was accused of having an incestuous relationship with her brother, bought a ton of CD's, taken a whiff of spring, met an awesome Londoner, taken a real taxi, spent almost an hour of my life on the corner between Regent street and Oxford street looking for my parents because my phone died and I wasn't with them, had numerous near-death encounters with passing cars(they all seem to drive on the wrong side of the road. Weird.), bought frappuchino's, eaten the best breakfasts, and I've gotten blisters.
I have had an awesome time. And the best part? I haven't taken a single photo. I'll leave that to those who need pictures to remember, because I know that I will not forget, and if I do, then I'll make many trips back to make sure I won't, because London is not a city to store away to gather dust.
Have you ever been to London, and if you have, what is your best London memory?

*Bought a ton of CD's

Yes , I've been to London! It was a special girl trip for my thirteenth birthday, which I will never forget. My mother and I went with Christy and her mom, so fun! But the best part, probobly 'cause it was so unexpected, was my Aunt Lauren from the States who came as a surprise! I had nooooo idea she was coming, so when I heard a knock on our cute hotel door, I didn't suspect anything grand behind
the voice saying "Room service!" I opened the door, ant there stood my beloved aunt, whom I hadn't seen in a year. I stood there in shock, completely unable to put the puzzlepieces together. Who was this beloved family member standing otside of my door in London? How did she get there? It all seemed so surreal and out of context. She, who had never been out of the States, made the trip all the way
to London to see us. It taught me the lenghts we travel for our families and that we are not hindered by the high seas. So you wanted my favorite London memory, and that must be one of them.
aww, Kristen, that's a perfect memory!
