It's said that it's the lack of system that creates chaos. I beg to differ. A person without a certain system is not relient of it, and is therefore not prepared to make a risk to trust that system.
I'll say that it's the blind faith in a system that creates trouble, because on the day, or that moment when that system fails, the relient will be led behind the lights by it's errors, but those who doesn't keep a system might just take a step back and recheck to see if all is good, if all is correct, and not to believe in a system dumbly, which is certain to make bloopers.
